Terrorist (disputer) .. according to Quran !

    Allah says in Holy Quran,

English Translation: "And some one of men is he whose talk seems pleasing to you and bring Allah as a witness on what is in his heart, while he is the greatest disputer. And when he turns his back then wanders spreading mischief in the land and destroys the crops and lives and Allah agrees not with the mischief. And when it is said to him, 'fear Allah' then he becomes more persistence in sin, to such the hell is enough and that is necessarily, a very bad bed."
    [ Chapter 2 (Surah Al-Baqara), Verse 204 to 206 ]

    'Some'

Geography is a very important thing. It becomes more important when politics gets involve in it. It is then called GeoPolitics. Some people say that Pakistan has become an epicenter of world's geopolitics. God knows whether they say right or wrong; but they say !

Some other people argue that America came in this region because of the richness of this region in mineral resources. They say that USA is always hungry for energy reserves because of its increasing dependency on energy. According to these people, another reason of USA's existence in this region is to defuse Pakistan's Nuclear capability. They also say that this region is also very important to restrain the growing Chinese and Russian economies, and their arising influence in world's geopolitics. On the contrary, some people say that America came in this region just to bring peace, curb terrorism, and help Afghanistan & Pakistan.

Some other people think that Pakistan's Nuclear weapons are not safe. They fear that people of extremist mindset can take-over the nuclear assets, and will use these weapons against the West. On the contrary, some people say that it is not possible to take-over nuclear assets, as Pakistan Army is responsible for safe-guarding the atomic weapons, and its impossible for few thousand extremists to defeat a strong force like Pakistan Army.

Some people assume that as they have seen the complete series of 'The Arrivals', therefore now they are fully aware of what conspiracies the world-powers are making against Muslims. They think that 'The Arrivals' disclose all evil plans of anti-Islamic forces, and watching this series increases the mental level of average persons, and that people start thinking differently after watching it. But some other people say that the activities of anti-Islamic forces are already pretty clear, and its not that much necessary to watch The Arrivals in order to know that anti-Islamic forces are working against Muslim world.

Some other people even claim that world-powers have designed a new map for this region. According to which Pakistan will be further divided into smaller countries. They say a private militia 'Blackwater' will play a key role in this process. Whereas some other people say that no militia like Blackwater exists in Pakistan .. and Pakistanis just have a phobia that world-powers are making conspiracies against Pakistan. According to them, world-powers are actually helping Pakistan in crises situation.

So, whether the colour of water is black, or white .. it is certain that water is colourful now. It is not transparent anymore (that it was supposed to be). Some-how, it has lost its property of being transparent. The water is fishy for sure.

Some people think this way .. and some other people think that way. Who knows what exactly is the state of affairs ? Some people might be aware of the real-state of affairs. Probably those, who changed the colour of water from transparent to black or whatever.

So the bottom-line is .. there is some absolute confusion somehow!

    Stand up for the champions

.. attack on Sri Lankan team on Pakistani soil .. and the world got another reason to corner Pakistan. Pakistan and Pakistanis became the most notorious things on the planet. The Godfathers of cricket refused to tour Pakistan. Pakistani players became persona-non-grata for IPL. And finally ICC made its contribution to make the wounds of Pakistan even more grave, by disallowing Pakistan to host the matches of 2011 Cricket World Cup.

.. under such immense pressures, unhealthy atmosphere and unfavourable conditions, Pakistani players made their entry in the T20 World Cup.

But the outlook of Indian camp was quite different. As always, the Indian players were having their extreme over-confidence, due to the extreme hype created by their extremist media. Anyway, the frogs of well cant think big.

.. and here was the team who was always under-estimated by the pundits of the cricket. The pundits had already declared that this is not the team that should be called as 'favourites'. And hence, this non-favourite Pakistani Team took a below-average start in the tournament. Lost both of the warm-up matches. Lost the first pool match as well. Probably Pakistani players were still warming up. Won the match against Netherlands, and hardly showed their existence in super-eight. Lost a crucial match against Sri Lanka. But it seemed that the warm-up session was completed by this defeat, and now they started the real action. Beat New Zealand in a nail-biting match, and the success story took the start.

On the other side of the story, the scenes were changing. As Pakistan was warming up in its pool, India was cooling down in its pool. All hotness was gone, and finally the defending champion was no-where in the tournament.

Those who were saying that Pakistan reached the semi-final just 'by chance' .. had to shut their mouths when Pakistan beat the un-beaten and most favourite, South Africa. And how Pakistan won the final, and took the trophy, probably cannot be explained in words.

Words simply cant elaborate the kind of pressures that these Pakistani players had. They were under-estimated by many .. they were cornered by the world .. they had the sad memories of Bob Woolmer .. they had the bad memories of World Cup 2007 ..  and their country is facing probably the worst ever turmoil of history. And under these conditions, these guys brought the joy in the lives, and smile on the faces of their fellow countrymen. Few million rupees as reward would probably be good for them, but these limited amounts cannot be matched with their un-matched heart-wining performance.

.. and this heart-wining performance demands, as the Right Said Fred's song says, at-least to .. 'Stand up for the champions' .. ;)

    Lawyers' movement Versus Jinnah

People say that the movement of lawyers has come to its logical end after the restoration of Hazrat Iftekhar Chauhdry. For some reasons, i dont believe that. I am sure that for one cause or the other, lawyers will again create anxiety in the society.

From the beginning of this movement, lawyers tried to pretend that they took stand for a noble cause, and their struggle was peaceful. But the realities and events tell a different story. Though the media fully supported the lawyers’ movement, and tried its best to hide the terror acts committed by lawyers. But somehow few incidents could not be concealed. And who knows media was succeeded in hiding so many of such acts ?

More than one time during the campaign, lawyers equated themselves with Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah (because of the fact that Quaid was also a lawyer). But what the lawyers were doing in the movement, was making an angle of 180 degrees from Jinnah's foot-prints.

I dont know at which point of Pakistan's Movement, Quaid created or supported agitation in sub-continent ? I dont know when Quaid tried to leap over the gates of governmental offices, just as Mr. Ali Ahmed Kurd and his companions did. When did Quaid throw stones on Police, or ordered the supporters to throw stones ? Though the views of Jinnah and Gandhi were poles apart, but i dont remember that at any point of the time Quaid attacked on Gandhi's face with a black spray, just as what was happened with Ahmed Raza Qusoori. During the speeches, there were numerous inflaming, disgusting and harsh statements by the top-leadership of lawyers’ movement, which no-one could ever expect from lips of Quaid. The incidents of Naeem Bokhari, Waseem Sajjad and Sher Afgan Niazi are also very well known, and throw lights on the real character of lawyers’ movement.

During the British rule in sub-continent, Maulana Muhammad Ali Jauhar, Maulana Shaukat Ali, Maulana Azad, Gandhi and other famous politicians of Congress launched 'non-cooperation movement' throughout the sub-continent. Jinnah opposed this policy to such an extent that he resigned from Indian National Congress. And now, just few days ago the nation witnessed that Nawaz Sharif and Lawyers called for civil dis-obedience in the name of the restoration of Hazrat Iftekhar Chauhdry, and they did so as well.

In his speech at Edwardes College Peshawar on 18th April 1948 Jinnah said, “Praise your Government when it deserves, criticize your Government fearlessly when it deserves, but do not go on all the time attacking, indulging in destructive criticism, taking delight in running down the Ministry or the officials.

Whereas lawyers and the political-jokers who asked the public for non-cooperation, did exactly opposite of what the Quaid said.  I am unable to understand, how could they claim that they are the followers of Quaid ?

    Create dis-order .. and win !

From the last couple of years, a new formula 'create dis-order and win' has been discovered, and it has given extremely successful results. The main beneficiaries of this formula are the small groups of people, who are failed to convince the large number of people through logical arguments, and hence decided to create agitation in society in order to achieve their vested interests.

The foundation of this formula is laid on the fact that few people are more than enough to control a large number of people, provided that they use unlawful means. For example, half of a dozen people are sufficient to hijack an aeroplane with the help of weapons. Same number of people can organize a successful bank robbery. Quarter dozen can plan a successful robbery in a house.

The formula was first used by lawyers and political parities against Pervez Musharraf. The lawyers and political parties launched a full-fledge agitation across the country and shook-up the whole society. Consequently Musharraf stepped down, and they won.

Observing the successful results of the formula, Sufi Muhammad of Swat Valley created lawlessness in the valley and used sophisticated weapons against the population and Army. The militants of Sufi Muhammad bombarded more than 200 girls schools, market-places and government-owned properties. After committing destructive activities, the militants used the population of valley as a shield to hide from Army Operation. In order to avoid any further damage of the people of the valley, the government decided to stop the 'hide and seek' game with the militants, and un-willingly signed a peace-treaty with Sufi Muhammad. Hence, Sufi Muhammad won.

In the mean time, lawyers again gathered in order to restore the deposed Chief Justice Iftekhar Chauhdry. A political party PML-N, that basically belongs to a particular province, and takes care of the interests of that province, played a vital role to fuel the anarchy. A nation-wide chaos erupted, and the CJ was restored. Dis-order won again !

So, if you belong to another small group of people, and so far failed to achieve your goals through lawful means, just do not worry. Simply start using unlawful means, and spread anarchy in the society. Create dis-order and win.

    Replacement of political leadership

    ..
the turn-out of general elections in Pakistan was always below 50%. To be precise, it is even below 40%. In-fact some sources even say that the turn-out in general elections was always below 30%. The constituent assembly that comes out as a result of this election is generally considered as the 'representative' assembly. Isn't it a joke ? The political stupids, who are actually rejected by more than 60% of the voters, are considered as 'representatives' of the whole nation. It is not a joke; its a fraud.

The reason that why 60% voters dont come out to cast their votes is very clear. They know that these politicians are not the true representatives. They know that the candidate who is asking for the vote is either a feudal lord, or an industrialist. And if by chance it does not belong to both of these power-centric categories, it must be a personal favourite of any feudal-lord or industrialist. They know that these political leaders, who try to become the champions of democracy, do not promote democracy within their own parties.

In order to make people participate in elections in great numbers, and in order to bring the true representatives of people in the assemblies, a major replacement of political leaders is badly needed. Majority of the voters is looking for a new political leadership. They need a political leadership whose character must be as clean as it is supposed to be a true leader.

One dictator OR two dictators ?

They say 'dictator' to such a person that comes in power without getting elected by the people. Whenever spoken, this word 'dictator' signifies a particular historical and political back-ground with some particular personalities. In Pakistan these personalities are generally known as dictators, and their names are Ayub Khan, Yahya Khan, Zia-ul-Haq and Pervez Musharraf (so far). And of-course, globally dictators are not considered as ideal rulers.

Political leaders claim themselves 'representatives of people' as they come as a result of elections. In Pakistan, Asif Ali Zardari and Nawaz Sharif are the chiefs of two biggest political parties. As they are democratically elected personalities, therefore they are considered as 'representatives of the people'. Statistically, a vast majority of the people of Pakistan is consisted of middle-class, lower-middle class, poor class and the people living below poverty line. These classes encompass more than 90% of the population. Whereas Asif Zardari and Nawaz Sharif belong to such a class that is commonly known as 'elite'. Asif Zardari is basically a feudal lord, and Nawaz Sharif is a leading industrialist of Pakistan. The fact that both belong to the privileged class, creates a big question mark on the perception that they are the representatives of people.

History of their respective political parties (PPP and PML-N) says that when they come in power, instead of serving the people of the land, they work for attaining more and more power. They use every mean to tighten their grip on power. They manipulate law, they amend constitution for vested interests, they use force to suppress opposition and they do everything that a 'dictator' is supposed to do. So in true sense of words, the democrats become the dictators.

But the best part of their story is, in the eyes of world they are still considered as democrats. However these democrats do not follow one habit of the dictators, i.e. the 'economic stability' that the dictators provide to the country.

I was thinking that do we really need two dictators, which are wrongly considered as representatives ? Or its better to have one dictator, that provides economic stability ?

    Recipe of News Channel's Anchors

Iftekhar Ahmed of Jawaab-deh, Shahid Masood of Meray Mutabiq, Hamid Mir of Capital Talk, Talat Hussain of Live with Talat, Kashif Abbasi of Off The Record and Javed Chauhdry of Kal Tak are some of our very popular anchors of news channels. All of these are hosting spicy talk-shows on different channels. From these anchors, one can learn the art of defeating the opponent in a conversation.

They collect numerous charges and accusations about their guest. In the start of program, the anchor throws one accusation on the guest. The guest starts explaining how this accusation on him/her is wrong, and before he/she could complete the clarification, the anchor throws another charge on the guest. And again, before the guest could complete the explanation about this second charge, the anchor fires the third accusation. Right from the beginning of programs, these anchors throw charges on guests like bullets, and deliberately do not allow them to complete their answers. Doing this they frustrate the guest, consequently the guest gets puzzled and starts arguing with lose answers. This way the allotted time of program finishes, and our dear anchor victoriously announces the closure of another successful episode of the talk-show.

This was the simple and easy recipe, used by our beloved anchors for spicy talk-shows.

    Pakistani media observed Benazir Day

After watching Pakistani news channels yesterday, the 25th December of 2008, one can come to conclusion that all the major news channels including GEO, ARY, Express and AAJ, observed the day not as Quaid-e-Azam Day, but as Benazir Day.

Excluding few programs and talk-shows on Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, which did not make a total of around 4 hours transmission on each channel, all telecasted commercially viable programs which covered mostly the death anniversary of Benazir Bhutto. Moreover, the headlines of hourly news were also dominated by the hot and spicy political news.

All these great news channels should be given a round of applause for achieving another day that was full of profit. The quest for money in these media giants have reached to such an extent that now they cannot afford to spend from their pockets for such programs or documentaries through which they could convey the message and ideology of Jinnah to our youth. In-fact media dont feel anymore that nation-building is one of its important responsibilities.

Full marks to media, for giving a secondary status to the birthday of nation's founding father. I am now thinking that who has more importance in Pakistan, Jinnah or Benazir ?

The ultimate outcomes of destabilizing Pakistan

It seems as if India has succeeded to convince the world that Pakistan was responsible for Mumbai terror attacks. India has achieved this goal only with the help of enormous propaganda campaign by Indian and Western media.

But, is it really true that west has been convinced by India ? Or the west is just pretending that it believes on what India is propagating ? Why the western countries ignored the wide and clear loop-holes in the stories which India is telling about Mumbai attacks ? The answer is very simple. What else could west do other than accepting the Indian allegations on Pakistan ? After all, India is an extremely huge consumer market of western products. Denying India's point of view could result as a severe economic loss for Europe and USA. For western countries, India is their major buyer of electronic equipments, cosmetics, weapons (fighter-jets, nuclear reactors, missile defense system, submarines, etc.). So, by encouraging India against Pakistan, west will get more access to the Indian market. In return, India will be able to buy more weapons from west in order to build up its military power further (just as we saw that after few days of Mumbai attacks, India signed an agreement with Russia to buy 4 nuclear reactors).

Capturing a market of over 1 billion customers of India is not the only reason for supporting Indian point of view. In-fact Mumbai terror attacks came with two-fold advantages for west. Putting more pressure on Pakistan to isolate it from international community is the second advantage for west out of Mumbai terror attacks. Maligning the Pakistani government, Pakistan Army and ISI has become a common objective of India and West. And definitely after weakening the Pakistani government, army and ISI, Pakistan's nuclear assets are the real target behind the brotherly give and take relations of India and West.

Unfortunately, west and India are not realizing the consequences of destabilizing Pakistan. A destabilized Pakistan does not mean that everything would be fine then for India, or even for USA and Europe. When, at one side, the world is unable to control around 50 million people of Afghanistan and Iraq, who will be going to control 170 million people of a destabilized Pakistan ? Can anyone imagine when there would be no centralized power or government in Pakistan, who will stop the people from crossing the border and entering in Afghanistan or India ? The day such a thing will start happening, it will be the beginning of India's downfall, and it will be the beginning of departure of Western forces from Afghanistan.
